Apply to Become a Beta Tester

The Nerveli Beta program gives selected testers early access to Nerveli before its public launch. Testers use the app in their daily lives and share feedback that helps us create a more valuable, engaging, and easy-to-use experience for people living with chronic pain.

People living with chronic pain who are interested in helping improve Nerveli may apply. Selected participants must be willing to use the app regularly, explore its core features, and provide meaningful feedback throughout the beta period.

Eligibility requirements apply, space is limited, and not everyone who applies will be selected. Submitting an application does not guarantee participation.

Nerveli Beta supports iPhones running iOS 16 or later and Android devices running Android 9 or later. Selected testers will receive instructions for installing Nerveli through Apple TestFlight or Google Play.

Eligible beta testers may receive an incentive for completing the beta program. Depending on how a participant was recruited, the incentive may include direct payment or one year of complimentary access to Nerveli.

Incentives are subject to participation and completion requirements. Applying for or being selected for the beta does not automatically guarantee an incentive.

To be considered for a beta completion incentive, participants must meaningfully participate throughout the beta period. This may include completing onboarding, using Nerveli consistently, exploring its core features, providing useful feedback, completing applicable research activities, and following the beta participation guidelines.

The specific requirements and type of incentive depend on the participant's beta group. Selected participants will receive the terms that apply to them before testing begins.

Personal information and app data will be handled according to Nerveli's Privacy Policy. Selected testers will receive any additional beta-specific privacy information before testing begins.
